Art Waves x Nature Hubs

In August and September of 2025 and February 2026, Art Waves facilitated three creative, sustainable workshops at God’s House Tower, which were supported and funded by Caustic Bloom as part of their Nature Hubs project.

Nature Hubs aims to transform grasslands and verges around Southampton into wildflower areas, involving local people and the arts in the rewilding process.

Art Waves created and delivered bespoke workshops using sustainable artistic processes and natural materials to learn and respond to the importance of biodiversity in our local environments.

The three workshops ‘Clay Bee Villages’, ‘Hide and Seek in Nature’, and ‘Foraged Brigid Dolls’ encouraged workshop participants to get hands-on with a variety of natural materials, including foraged flowers and berries collected from local Caustic Bloom patches.
